Building workers have inherited from a wealthy retired when cleaning the house sewer water

Daniel Sharp said he was surprised because got a will of Ronald Butcher, who gave him a legacy valued at 10 billion, but it is not part of the Butcher family.

Pensioners are 'lonely' make a scene London High Court after death. It's because he bequeathed money worth 500,000 pounds, the equivalent of 10 billion, not to her family, but to builders clean lines or drains his home.

Daniel Sharp, 45, said he was surprised after knowing Ronald Butcher has left a legacy of money when he died in March 2013 ago.

But Sharp had to deal with Butcher and two other cousins. They disputed wills it into law.

Previously, the oldest cousin Butcher, Joyce Gilkerson, and Evelyn Hutchins and Peter Rogers, is the same inheritance rights contained in a will drawn up Butcher in December 2011. However, after his death, Butcher suddenly does not include all three in a will written then again in 2013.

Hutchins, 53, told the court said, the bizarre nature of the legacy to Sharp Butcher has raised suspicions that the Butcher did not really understand what he had done.

But lawyers Sharp, Jennifer Seaman, said his client was the only friend when Mr. Butcher lived alone.

"Mr. Butcher find friendship within Sharp, Mr. Butcher knew what he was doing when drafting a will in 2013 and realizing the consequences," Seaman said, as quoted by Mirror.co.uk, Sunday, April 3rd, 2015.

Seaman added Butcher felt had a friend who can talk to and share many things with Sharp. "Because that is the reason Mr. Butcher rewrite his will," he said.

Sharp tells the beginning of his friendship with Butcher six years before his death. "The first time I clean the gutters of his house, he offered a sum of money which I refused. At that time I said I just clean up a little," said Sharp.

Sharp later expressed his feelings while knowing Butcher heritage gave him very much. "I was very surprised. It was a number of very much that there may be other people willing to do anything like that. I do not know why Mr. Butcher gave inheritance that much."

But Sharp said the reason Butcher then gave him a legacy. Sharp said that perhaps because only he who often accompany Butcher at his home.

When asked why he did not attend the funeral Butcher, Sharp said because he was forbidden by the family of the pensioner. Sharp also denied one of the Butcher family who says he is not a friend of the pensioner.

"I mean friend as someone who could talk to. Friends and family did not talk to him in a few months. At least when I drive around every time I went to his house. I was still surprised to this day and I can understand why his family upset about it ( inheritance). But, in the end, there is no reason why he gave me, "said Sharp.

Meanwhile Hutchins admitted that he and Butcher rarely met after the death of their mother. But declined to say lost contact with the Butcher.

Ronald Butcher, known as closed and reserved personality. He died at his home in Enfield at the age of 75 years.


Until now, the case is still being heard legacy in the London High Court.
